Help Us Create a Better Holiday for Northern Illinois Families in Need

As part of our ongoing commitment to our community, Single Path Cares is joining the effort to stamp out local hunger. We’ve teamed up in a friendly competition with Amata Office Solutions to generate food donations for the Northern Illinois Food Bank. Each item donated, and each dollar donated, will earn its respective company a point. The company with the most points at the end of the contest wins. The effort started on October 5 and will continue through November 16—just before Thanksgiving.

One in seven people in northern Illinois rely on the Northern Illinois Food Bank and its network of community feeding programs. Hunger is widespread, and impacts children and the elderly alike. It impacts people with various levels of education, and of different backgrounds and ethnicities. No one is immune.

We’ll be collecting donations at our office at 905 Parkview Boulevard, Lombard, IL. 60148. Please stop by and say hello, or take up your own collection within your company. Let’s get creative. You can review this most needed items list to get ideas of what you can contribute.

Financial donations are also welcome. Every $30 donated provides a traditional holiday meal with turkey and all the trimmings for a family of 8! Checks can be made payable to Northern Illinois Food Bank.

Please share the news of the food drive on your social media feeds. Let’s spread the word and get involved. If you have any questions or ideas, email us at info@singlepath.com. Together, let’s create a winning team that makes a significant impact this holiday season!
