| Single Path's Support Services offer: |
- Direct access to Single Path engineers who are the most familiar with your existing solution implementation and who have the ability to quickly fix your critical technical issues.
These engineers are well-trained on the product set used in your implementation and will use these skills to drive rapid problem resolution.
- Escalate issues with equipment manufacturers like Cisco's Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and/or with service providers like Covad's VoIP Support Center. Single Path engineers will work
directly with these providers to isolate issues relating to programming, features or defects to provide a central point for issue remediation.
- Interface with the Cisco's TAC in order to obtain advance hardware replacement utilizing your Cisco SMARTnet agreements.
- Notification of targeted critical system software updates that mitigate serious security risks that could adversely impact the operation of your systems.
